I have been up The World's Largest Observation Wheel Singapore Flyer a few times this year for we signed up as members when they had a promo last year. I never got bored evrytime im up there. With the breathtaking panaromic, I love to be on top of the world ;)

I had a lot of birthdays...oopsy, not a lot...er-herm...but i think this is the best birthday ever. Thank you hubby for taking leave from work on my birthday. First we dropped by Laines Papeterie ( a must go) lol. and then we came here and I thank hubby for this L o V e. Thank you Kai & Faith & Sky for your great companies, your cards, your kisses and hubby for your time, your great company and your love. This Monogram Vernis makes me smile ;)

how i love....November Rain

I love November . I love November rain. No matter how wet it gets, I simply don't mind at all. There's a special thing in the air this new month . So many birthdays in the family, and that means happy things ;)

I am hosting a Challenge at Webster's Pages. My November Challenge for you is "Alter your kitchenware". This "A lil birdie told me..." project is using a recycled can. And a pair of disposeable chopstick. I dress the can up with lovely papers and bellies from Webster's Pages. This is so much fun to do. This is a special birthday gift for my twin sister. It's her birthday in a few days time ;)

A layout for Laines Papeterie November DT Project. Layout "Cherish". I have always wanted to play with Prima. and was thrilled when I got to play also with PETRO ROSE. It is a kit that I always wanted to purchase, am glad it's in my DT bag. So thank you Sharon. Lots of cutworks here. and I simply love it lol.

DT work for Laines Papeterie . Layout " love". I added a 3d pinkish egg that I got from daiso. This page is truly heavy. Also using PETRO ROSE. Premium quality Decoupage kits from LLB. Great embellishment range for card making, layouts and more. Give your project that 3D effect.

Love this photo. It inspired me to do up this page. This photo makes me go back to my childhood days. Days that I've spent so much carefree time at the rubber estate cum farm that my pa had. Days that I see my pa worked so hard. Pa was a teacher but we would go down to this farm that grandpa left for pa. Day's that I worked alongside with pa seeing our crops grow. Days that I enjoyed watching how the srong winds made the trees danced...Days that during sunsets, we just lay down on the dry crispy grass and watch the birds flew chirping by, the buffalos taking their 'evening' stroll...and how I miss the fresh air. The wind ...that swept my hair all over my face ..i like that. ..while I just lie down there enjoying the vast sky...I miss that. and I miss my pa...

Bad Girls Project 52 Challenge #2 Reveal

Supply list:
-My Old story book (im using my childhood "The Children's Classics - Alice in Wonderland" Storybook dated 1975.)
-MM Paint "Blush"
-K&Co diecuts
-Mellisa Francis Frame
-Prima Flowers
-Webster's Pages Pompom blue trim
-Webster's PAges Brown Trim
-Webster's Pages Pattern paper
-Jenni Bowlin Pattern paper
Laces and vintage trims & vintage buckle & buttons (flea market finds)
Misc Office supply
-Paper clips
-Pencil
-Staple

Instructions.
Leave the old book cover as it is . First and foremost, place the MF Frame on the page. Then decorate it with embellishments. Adhere ribbons and laces from one end of the book to the other. At the book opening, tie the vintage buckle in front and back so that when the book closed up, it can be buckled.

For the inside pages, cute out about 8cm x 8cm frame,from about some of the 50 pages so that you can place the photo in the last page.and you'll get a depth to look into the photo.just like a shadow box within the book. Distress and embellish the page.
Let your creativity flows.

Use a very old book that you already have. It gives you a sentimental value too. The older the book the better, less distressing required. Have fun!
